Return and Exchange Policy

 

Jem & Co Ltd is dedicated to providing you with a flawless jewellery purchase large or small and set out to provide excellent jewellery related services. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return your item based on Return and Exchange Policy.

  • Returns and exchanges are permitted within 10 days from the purchase date for jewellery; and within 14 days from the purchase date for watches.

    • Jewellery must be in excellent unworn condition with all original certificates and accessories.

    • Watches must be unworn, unaltered and in original condition to be accepted for return or exchange. All packaging, instructions and warranties, as applicable, must be included with the return or exchange of a watch.

  • Returns or exchanges not allowed on Bespoke or customised jewellery, Grillz, special order watches, class rings and engraved items.

  • Cash refunds are issued to original purchaser with original sales receipt.

  • Cash refunds over £200 are made by check issued from the corporate office within 21 days.

  • Charge’s maybe issued to original purchaser on the account to which the item was charged.

  • Gift returns with receipt can only be converted to a gift card.

  • Any returns without a receipt will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Jem & Co Ltd provides you with two easy methods of returning an item:

Returns by Mail

Please note that items purchased via mail must be returned by Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm Service.

Here are the basic steps:

  1. If there is damage to an item upon delivery, call or email us immediately. Contact information can be found on website under contact us.

  2. Please read the information on your original packing slip.

  3. Pack the item securely. Use the original package, if possible. We can supply returns packaging if required ( please contact us for this) Enclose the original or a copy of the packing slip.

  4. If you do not have your original packing slip, please provide us with your name, address, phone number, email address, and order number.

  5. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

  6. For your protection, we recommend that you use a shipping method that provides insurance and tracking services from providers such as Royal Mail, UPS, or FedEx for your return. Ship the return package to the address indicated on the packing slip: Jem & Co Ltd , Bluebell cottage, Fisherwick wood lane , Lichfield  WS13 8QQ.

  7. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the correct business address.

  8. You can expect a refund within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Refund will be credited to the same form of payment used in your original purchase.

 

Please note the following exceptions:

  • Items purchased through our Bespoke/ Design Your Own service will not be considered or eligible for refund.

  • Earrings are not excepted for return or refund for hygiene reasons.

  • Grillz and other body jewellery are not eligible for return or refund, for hygiene reasons and as these are also classed as bespoke / customised product.

  • If you made your purchase using PayPal or Klarna, using credit facility or other, please refer to there refunds policy. As refund will be raised through them as a third party.

 

 

 

Here are the basic steps:

  1. Place the item securely in the original package. You can request returns post packaging through the Jem & Co website to ensure the safe return of goods.

  2. Enclose the original packing slip with the item. If you no longer have the packing slip, bring a copy of your ship confirmation email or online purchase receipt / invoice.

  3. All products must be returned in excellent condition, in original boxes, and with paperwork (such as watch instruction booklet or diamond certificate) and accessories to ensure a full credit/ refund (you maybe be charged to rectify any damages, any signs of wear or missing paper work which can be re supplied).

  4. We aim to process your return with efficiently. Refund will be credited to the same form of payment in your original purchase. Please allow 30 days for the credit to appear on your billing statement. Please note that your original shipping and handling or other additional costs will not be refunded, unless you received a damage, defective, or incorrect item.
